Hey... it's been a while since I last posted an update, hasn't it? Then again, I'm not really a big forum user, I'm more used to Discord, but anyway...

So, what's new with me?

Well, things are going pretty well! Still keeping busy, juggling a lot of things at once, and organizing it all isn't easy. There have been a few breaks... Let's just say things have gotten more chill. I'm taking my time, thinking more carefully about what drawings I *really* want to do without feeling obligated to draw stuff just to please everyone, especially since I'm no longer influenced by that toxic environment of mainstream social media like Instagram, which pushes you to constantly overpost content and chase the world's attention based on views, likes, and comments, all while worshipping the Holy Algorithm that picks the chosen one of the day for their 15 seconds of fame.

Anyway, I think things are much calmer since I started posting on Newgrounds more casually, with a small community of fans who love what I do, plus recognition from the site itself. So... why look for more when I already have everything I need right here?

And with this new, more relaxed mindset, I know I mentioned a new remake project: SpaceJunk. Maybe I bit off more than I could chew. At first, I just threw the idea out there and was actually really excited about doing it. But honestly, I'm not feeling super keen on it right now, given the insane amount of work it would require, especially since it's still just a personal project. So... I have all the time in the world to do it, depending on my schedule and motivation – if it ever happens, or if I just end up republishing the story as-is without any changes. Because doing a remake is a *ton* of work to improve something I already finished back in 2020.

Otherwise, right now, I'm making a "ton" of songs... well, let's call them rough demo recordings made with my phone, basically a notepad for musical ideas. The main thing was just to have fun with my new electric guitar and mess around with some spontaneous ideas.

Music creation is really something I've kept mostly offline, but I've thought about sharing it here on Newgrounds someday, although I'm pretty hesitant. For now, it's mainly just messing around that I share on Discord with the regulars. They aren't complete songs, mixed or anything – just long guitar improvisations without any drum machine behind them, showing what I usually do when I'm home alone and bored, cranking up the amp, along with some acoustic covers of songs I love, because those are easier to record.

Anyway, regardless, thanks in advance! Even though I'm just popping up out of the blue after no news since January... I thought I'd be really active on Newgrounds and with drawing, but it turned out to be the opposite – I've been really active on Discord sharing songs.
